Some years ago a good friend, Torsten Abrolat, an outstanding musician, composer and producer, approached me with a wonderful idea: he intended to publish a label for audio books titeled "SyncSouls" (synchronized souls, souls in harmony or synchronize soul and spirit, and reconciliation). This audiobook label should focus on healing people by means of music and words. Well-known should be combined with new and Torsten was open for everything: Scientific knowledge was coupled with innovation. His only condition was sustainability. Excited by the idea, I proposed several texts. We soon found ourselves united in dedicating our creativity with joy and professionalism to this end.

In the course of my career as a certified social pedagogue, mediator and professional relaxation therapist, expanding my expertise on relaxation therapy and exploring new paths in the field, has become increasingly important to me. By applying an holistic approach I aim to combine insights gained from meditation, the healing effect of phantasy trips, and relaxation techniques like Autognic Training or Progressive Muscle Relaxation to activate the self-healing power with words and music. A lot of psychotherapeutic methods offer wonderful opportunities to alleviate emotional disstress, to allow personalities to mature and to develop.
Applying relaxation techniques, is in my view, one step towards a healing process. Self-assertion and personal development can lead to a better quality of life, inner satisfaction and new consciousness. To this end I use words as an instrument, hoping to reach many listeners, both young and mature.

The children in my circle of friends love my now and then spontaniously told stories. So it was natural to start to venture a little narrative or other literary tour for children. Wether songs or stories, in the next few years I still hope to generate much beauty for the young ones.

I wish all my listeners continuous joy with the audio books of SyncSouls. Discover the versatile methods for deep relaxation, combined with magical sounds. And maybe you will also enjoy the occasional trip to my charming literature - for the young and mature.
